1. Summarize Zoom recordings

You’ll have the opportunity to review the summary and then use the same connector for automatically generating an email (via Microsoft Outlook 365) to send the polished summary to team members.

Marketers can now reduce the setup time for numerous email campaigns. With the AI and SendGrid connectors, you can quickly build a workflow that streamlines crucial email tasks, including AI-based text completion to quickly write the outgoing message.

3. Accelerating recruitment

Consolidate, through an automated workflow, the multiple and repetitive steps for reviewing new job candidates. Workday (via its connector) can trigger a candidate search. Extracting resume information from UiPath Document Understanding, the Google Vertex AI connector can be used to summarize information about a candidate’s experience and generate a Slack message—based on the summary—to be shared and reviewed by the hiring committee.
